I’m Elizabeth Newton – a passionate personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Pilates coach with over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. My journey began as a dance teacher in Carnarvon, WA, where I first discovered the joy of helping people move with purpose and confidence. In 2020, I brought my energy and dedication to PowerPlay Health and Fitness in Yanchep, and soon after, I founded NorthFit PT – a space where community, confidence, and coaching come together.
As the head coach and founder of NorthFit PT, I’m proud to lead with enthusiasm, warmth, and a deep commitment to every individual’s journey. I draw from a strong foundation of knowledge and hands-on experience to educate, support, and empower my clients – helping them build lasting habits, achieve their goals, and fall in love with movement. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
