I’m not currently a member of PowerPlay; can I still sign up for online coaching?
Yes, definitely! You can train from anywhere in the world as an online coaching client!
I work FIFO and need assistance with my fitness and nutrition since the camp food isn’t very healthy. Can you help?
Of course! With a little creativity and some investment in nutritional education and meal prep, we’re confident we can help you achieve a healthier diet, even while working FIFO!
I’m on a weekly direct debit plan but will be away for two weeks and can’t attend my PT sessions or use my online coaching program. Will I still be charged while I’m gone?
No, you won’t be charged for the weeks you’re away. Just give us 72 hours' notice for your cancellation, and your direct debit will be paused until you can resume training.
I’m interested in Personal Training, but I’m not a PowerPlay member. Can I still register?
To participate in one-on-one Personal Training sessions, you must be a PowerPlay member. Membership provides 24/7 access to the gym, plus unlimited group fitness classes, matwork Pilates, and Yoga classes.
I want to buy a personal training package upfront, but I’m going on vacation for two weeks. Is there an expiration date for pre-paid sessions?
As long as you use your sessions within 12 months from the purchase date, we are quite flexible with bookings and happy to accommodate your time off as needed.
How can I access my online coaching program?
Your programs are available through the NorthFit app (powered by MyPTHub). Upon signing up, we will set up an account for you in the app. This is where you'll find all your workouts, recipes, meal plan templates, and can log your training data, body composition information, along with all communications with your coach.
